Do this by following the steps below.</p> <p>- Select New Form<br /> - Add Single Text Input Field<br /> - Save Form</p> <p>If the form doesn't save and you receive that error message then it is most likely a theme or plugin causing the issue. If the form DOES save then do the following:</p> <p>- Edit Forms<br /> - Select the form you just created with just the Single Text Input<br /> - Add a Checkbox Field<br /> - Save Form</p> <p>If the form doesn't save then it's a mod_security issue.
