You might have to do a manual upgrade. Download the plugin and install via FTP. (DO NOT click the "Uninstall Gravity Forms" as that will delete all your forms and entries. Just delete the plugin folder and then upload the new version.) The automatic upgrade functionality was broken for a few releases when WordPress 3.0 came out.

Please upgrade and see if that fixes your export. If not, let us now and we'll troubleshoot further.

Oh lord... I'm so sorry. It wasn't showing an Update Available, so I assumed it was the latest. I'll upgrade. Thanks for your help. ;)

Are you really still using Version 1.3.11? The export function has been rewritten and works differently now.

Can you enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php? Or do you have access to PHP error logs? There is something going on causing this to error it out but it's hard to guess without knowing the error causing the CSV to go missing.

Yeah I just tried it with a single field from October to December and it's still not working: http://cl.ly/CZXD

My PHP memory limit is set to 100MB, so that can't be the issue.

Can you try exporting a smaller date range, or fewer fields? Can you describe the data you are exporting, how many entries of fields. It is normally a PHP memory issue. If you try exporting less data, you can determine if it's a memory error.

I'm having the same issue. I'm exporting a form, all fields in Chrome and I'm not even seeing a "file not found error". It simply shows the loading animation and then stops. If I view the console I can see it's trying to get the following: http://cl.ly/CZiY

Then if I copy and paste that link in manually, I get a page not found error.

Permissions are set properly, PHP memory is set high, and I have the latest version. I also turned off ALL plugins (except GF) and switched to Twenty Eleven and still no dice. Any ideas?

This doesn't sound normal. When setting the Date in the export it uses a Calendar based Date Picker which should let you choose a date on a calendar and then it will insert an exact date like: 11/1/2011.

Here is what you should see when you click on the start or end date in the Export Entries screen:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/185347/Slingshot/Pictures/Screen%20Shot%202011-11-28%20at%203.45.28%20PM.png

Is this not what you are seeing? Are you seeing a different UI or something using drop downs?

If you are not seeing this then it's possible you have a plugin or theme conflict changing the jQuery Datepicker functionality.

Another thing that can cause problems with exporting entries is lack of available PHP memory. So for both these issues I would suggest...

1) Increase your available PHP memory. I recommend a minimum of 64 MB and ideally 128 MB or more. Here is a tutorial on how to do so:

http://www.nerdgrind.com/increase-wordpress-and-php-memory-limit/

2) If the Datepicker UI for the start and end date does not appear as in my screenshot above, then you should test for plugin and theme conflicts by following these instructions:

http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict
