Download the plugin and install via FTP. (DO NOT click the "Uninstall Gravity Forms" as that will delete all your forms and entries. Just delete the plugin folder and then upload the new version.) The automatic upgrade functionality was broken for a few releases when WordPress 3.0 came out.</p> <p>Please upgrade and see if that fixes your export. Can you describe the data you are exporting, how many entries of fields. It is normally a PHP memory issue. So for both these issues I would suggest...</p> <p>1) Increase your available PHP memory. I recommend a minimum of 64 MB and ideally 128 MB or more.
