The "Donation" field does not appear in the Pricing fieldset in the "Edit Form" dashboard. I just purchased a developer license for Gravity forms a few weeks ago, and being that this is my first support experience, I'm a bit worried that this thread (which was started over a month ago) has not been formally acknowledged by the Gravity staff. Has anyone seen any movement on this? An acknowledgement from Gravity that this is an issue being worked on (or not) would be helpful. I am using WP 3.3, Gravity 1.6.2, and the PayPal add-on 1.3.1 - the Donation field does not appear in the list of available pricing options.
