Hmm, doing that results in a 'Your license key information is unavailable at this time.' page being displayed. This is probably due to the fact that the plug-in was purchased by the technician that configured the website, and so information regarding the plug-in will be tied to his account. I replaced this technician, and so don't have any idea what his account details are! Is there any other way of obtaining the expiry date? Sorry to be a pain in the butt!

On the right side of the forum you should see your profile image and four links, click on 'My Account' . At the top of the 'My Account' page you should find your license key and expiry date.
