We released an update to Gravity Forms before WordPress 3.0 was released to make it compatible, but you didn't update at that time which means the 1.3.11 version you are running isn't compatible with WordPress 3.0+ as far as automatic updates go.</p> <p>You will have to update manually by downloading the latest version of Gravity Forms from the Plugin Downloads page on this site. You can install via FTP or by uploading the new plugin in your WordPress Dashboard.</p> <p>You will first need to delete your existing version of Gravity Forms. By delete I don't mean uninstall. Do the following:</p> <p>- Download the latest zipfile from the Plugin Downloads page<br /> - Login to your WordPress Dashboard<br /> - Navigate to your Plugins page<br /> - Deactivate Gravity Forms<br /> - Delete Gravity Forms<br /> - Go to Add New Plugins<br /> - Select Upload<br /> - Upload the new Gravity Forms zipfile you download from this site<br /> - Activate Gravity Forms</p> <p>Automatic updates will work from now on... but this illustrates why you should always stay up to date with the latest version of Gravity Forms.
