A short-term solution I am close to being satisfied with is to record a Selenium IDE script of moving through the steps required on your browser. This will at least get you all of the desired files onto your PC which can then be merged into a single .xls or other format file.

A couple of important notes that relate to my example script image

Uses Firefox Selenium IDE

Assumes you have username stored in browser and logs in/out at start / end of each run. Quite possible to automate from the starting point of being logged into dashboard too

Selenium > Options > Locator Builders - Move ID and CSS above UI. Makes your recordings a LOT easier to read and tweak by hand.

The biggest challenge with Selenium is that it doesn't deal with file download prompts (at all). There's lots of support questions about this but gist is that it is an OS integration thing. In Firefox I selected the auto save dialog prompt. Lose control over location files are saved to your last download location, but gain the ability to execute multiple test cases without user interaction.

If you're careful about column selection - you should be able to do a merge of .csv files in the path via "copy *.csv newfile.csv" and have one file to work with - except with a repeated number of header rows. At this point though you've got local file options to handle batch / parse / trim activities.

From reading many other threads, the idea of scheduled jobs seems to be far off on the feature horizon, might an interim step of being able to do an export of multiple forms at same time be possible? Few ideas towards that:

Only show common field names for export

One header row in result

Optional new field that identifies which form generated the result

Use case: Having multiple quizzes (each its' own form) that all have fields for name and email of person taking the quiz. Being able to extract all forms at once (with common fields) would let me see how students are progressing across the total course range w/o having to extract each form manually.

Or an automated way to extract a set number of forms.
This thread - http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/how-to-set-up-scheduled-export-with-a-cron-job - teases at some partial answers.

ookay...never mind. This idiot figured it out. Not only was it easy to find, but I was also looking in Forums instead of Documentation to figure out how (insert embarrassed icon here).

Kristel, you can export all entries for one form now. These individuals are asking for a way to export all entries across all forms. What you want to do is currently possible. Are you having trouble with that?

I would love this feature as well...I have a client who recently got over 500 responses to a single form (within a week's time), and they need a quick way to export and manipulate that data all at once.

I would like this feature but not all in one CSV because I have too many different forms. I would just like an export all so I can put it in google docs. So actually if there was a way to export the entries into google docs that would be even better...

All entries across all forms in a single CSV? Can you give me an example use case?

I ask because every form can be different so the CSV data for each would involve different delimited content and headers. so it's a bit strange to export all of them in a single CSV file.
