Safari doesn't offer you a "save as" option for every download. It does have a known bug in certain browsers that causes the prompt to not be displayed. Instead, they download into a folder in the FTP files in wp-content &gt; uploads &gt; gravity forms &gt; and finally a folder named "1". Try clearing your browser cache completely and then try re-downloading the file. The exported files are present on the system, but nothing happens, no redirect to the file, nothing. shouldnt it download the exported csv? </p>
