			<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes, just go to the Import/Export page in the admin under the forms menu and at the top of that page you'll see an option to export entries, export forms and import forms. You would choose the export forms option and then select the form or forms you'd like to export. This will give you an XML file that you can then use the Import Forms option on the other site to import the XML.
