The only built in export Gravity Forms has is to CSV in the format that it outputs. If you wanted to customize the export you would have to write your own custom export routine.

Hi guys,

On one of my client sites, they are collecting applications using Gravity Forms. The applications require some written statements that have commas, hard returns, etc.

Is there an easy way to get this data or scrub it so that the resulting CSV file is nice and easy to use in Excel?

I have to admit I'm being lazy by not really checking all this out myself, but I figured that perhaps it is something in the way the forms are exported that is causing me so much grief, but ultimately I'm speaking from the client's perspective here. They just want a nice, easy to use Excel format sheet of their applicants that they can use.

Please let me know if there's an easy way to do this. Cheers!
