This is not a feature of Gravity Forms. However, there are a couple of add-ons which will print your entries as a PDF. You could customize the look of the document there.

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-pdf/

You should also be able to export one entry at a time as CSV and do whatever you want with the data.

Link to form: http://resourcehr.co.uk/online-candidate-registration

Hi,

I just purchased GF and am struggling with one aspect. I would like to be able to either style the print layout or export each application as an individual csv file so i can create a merge with a stylised application form with my companies branding etc.

Seems so strange this isn't possible.

The reason I am looking to do this is as my candidates come in to register I would like them to fill out the form on the website and once they are finished i can print it off preferably in a styled document for them to sign.

Hope this makes sense.

Antony
