Customers will able to fill out and save the attached interactive PDF on-screen and print out the completed application. The data contains multiple values, it's serialized data which means it's like a spreadsheet and not a word document. This is why export to CSV is the best method. My clients are dentists who need their patient forms online. Currently, we use a form (on a SSL page) where the patient enters their medical history info and the data is submitted via Word doc to a designated email address.</p> <p>It would be great if GF could do this w/ PDF or Word. </p>
