Thanks, we are looking into it. Oddly enough it did work on our end in FireFox 3.5.3 on Windows XP. IE has a javascript issue and we are looking into it.

I am using windows xp and firefox, but I cannot find the file, there is no box that pops up to ask me if I want to save the file or anything. Usually when I download in firefox, I get a list of my latest downloads.

When you export entries in Gravity Forms you download the CSV file. So the file would be wherever your downloads go on your local machine. That is going to depend on your operating system and browser.
