Out of the box Gravity Forms only exports to .CSV and the only customization capabilities with the export other than the available settings options when configuring an export are hooks related to the separator used in the CSV. So that isn't going to suit your needs.

What you need is a custom export routine that exports to ACH. I'm not familiar with ACH, but i'm assuming there is a standard associated with it. So this should be something you could hire a developer to create for you. They could start with the existing export functionality, duplicate that and then customize it to suit your needs.

This isn't something that we would create for you as we do not do consulting or paid for features and it's not something that has ever been requested before so it's probably not suitable as a core feature. BUT any good WordPress developer with Gravity Forms experience could create such an add-on for you.

Here are some developers you could try contacting to inquire about having a customization such as this created:

Raquel Kohler
http://cckstudio.com

Scott Kingsley Clark
http://scottkclark.com

WebDevStudios
http://www.webdevstudios.com

Zach Katz
http://www.katzwebservices.com

Jake Goldman
http://www.get10up.com

There is a larger list of developers with Gravity Forms experience here (although I can't guarantee they all know what they are doing):

http://wpcandy.com/pros/experienced/with-gravity-forms

If you have trouble finding a consultant to work with, let us know and we can see if we can find anyone else who could be available for this type of custom work.

I know it's possible to export form entries into a .CSV file, but is there a way to export them into .ACH file formats? If not, would I be able to request/pay for this feature addition through Gravity Forms?
