When you import, are you using a content type that supports the Chinese characters? The emails look okay and the back-end looks ok (in WP). But, when the form entries are exported, the Chinese characters are all gobbly-gook. </p> <p>Is there a way to export these entries and preserve the characters?</p> <p>thanks. </p>
