Yes and No.</p> <p>If they select the No box, then can continue with rest of form.</p> <p>If they select Yes box, then new fields appear below. Such as a text area which asks "Where did you purchase this product from?"</p> <p>I hope this makes sense.</p> <p>I'm wondering if this is possible as it's the only thing holding me back from purchasing.</p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Kammy </p>
