&#60;p&#62;Also, please confirm the version of WordPress and Gravity Forms you are using.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The function gform_tooltip is defined on line 15 in tooltips.php.  It's possible your installation or upgrade was not completed properly.  Can you download a fresh copy from here &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/&#60;/a&#62; and install it manually?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Delete the old wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/ folder and then install this plugin from the plugin manager by uploading new.  If you delete the plugin folder like this, you won't lose any of your forms or entries.

&#60;p&#62;I'm experiencing the following error on the forms page of wordpress. Everything is up to date and the forms appear to be working, I just can't access the form software from the wordpress backend.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;This is the error message:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Conversion&#60;br /&#62;
Fatal error: Call to undefined function gform_tooltip() in /....../plugins/gravityforms/form_list.php on line 173&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Thanks in anticipation for any help.&#60;/p&#62;
