I'm not aware of any PHPMailer issues with Gravity Forms. If you encounter this problem with Gravity Forms we'd be glad to work with you to determine why it is happening so it can be corrected on your site.

If we are unable to determine why it won't work, we can provide you with a refund but we would require you to give us an opportunity to resolve the issue before a refund would be offered.

The PayPal Add-On is only available to Developer License customers. Add-Ons are not available individually.

Also can we separately purchase just the 'paypal' addon?

Before I buy, I want to make sure this plugin works for my theme

I tried a plugin called formidable before and I kept getting a message: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class PHPMailer whenever I hit the submit button. It occurred only when I used my theme. I just want to make sure gravity forms will not experience the same issue when I purchase. If I do get it and receive the same error, can I please get a refund?

Thanks
