You can't have duplicate field ids. OMG--just did it--so easy...just hit export file--open the xml file in a text editor--copy and paste the whole section you want to duplicate--go through and change id numbers, save xml file, go back to wordpress forms, upload the saved file and bingo, you have a new form to work with. You guys ROCK! The user could submit just one image or all 5 unless the field was marked as required. </p>
