			<description>&#60;p&#62;It would be great if admin could be notified (in the admin, by email, or both) when a user encounters an error. This would be invaluable feedback for identifying any issues or portions of a form that users are running into. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;For example, I had this feature on an old form script and discovered that users were trying to upload files that were either too large or a different file type than I had specified. After correcting the issue, conversions increased exponentially.
