You shouldn't cut-n-paste the html code output from the plugin, I don't believe that will even work properly.

There is already a widget for Gravity Forms, it was created by Joost de Valk and is available on his web site.

You can get details here:

http://yoast.com/gravity-forms-widget-extras/

One caveat when using the widget, you will need to place the necessary Gravity Forms CSS in your themes stylesheet and then turn off the CSS output. Because the widget does not output the form via a short code, the plugin does not know to output the CSS on the page. So you will need to have the necessary CSS in your themes stylesheet.

I need to add a quote request form into the sidebar so it would be awesome if I didn't have to copy/paste the html code outputted from your plugin. Instead, I would love to be able to have a widget for doing that.
