For the complex inputs, you are correct, the description will be positioned beneath the input. However, you can add the CSS to position them and if you add the CSS to your child theme's style.css or custom.css, you will not lose those changes. You should never modify the plugin's forms.css file as, as you know, it will be overwritten with each update. When we add this the field name is Address which we can set as per your screenshot. If we add a description we can set where this goes as per your screenshot, however, for each field element such as "Address", "City", "Country" etc we cannot select where this displays.
