			<description>&#60;p&#62;I do not know code. I would like to modify the size of my form fields because I want to add the last name field but still keep everything in one line. What is the easiest way of doing it? I tried the short (too short) the medium (too long) and if I choose the normal setting for name I have no choices at all...&#60;/p&#62;
