&#60;p&#62;First one would be to place labels on the first &#34;row&#34; of fields.&#60;br /&#62;
Second option would be to use an HTML field and try to line up text above the first row of fields.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;i found a post somewhere in here that said to take out the field label and put in the admin label.  nothing external.  i want to remove the default value which is why i'm asking about putting the field names at the top of the columns like on mgerenser form in the first post on this page.&#60;/p&#62;
