All fine and dandy.</p> <p>I created another form for the contact us page (see the test contact page <a href="http://p7dev.com/catalytic/?page_id=112" rel="nofollow">http://p7dev.com/catalytic/?page_id=112</a> ) and when I finished the form it gave me a error. I was still able to save the form but I don't recall what it said.</p> <p>I tried putting the form on the contact page <a href="http://p7dev.com/catalytic/?page_id=112" rel="nofollow">http://p7dev.com/catalytic/?page_id=112</a> and it did not show any of my auto populated fields. I deleted the form and created it with just a simple name field with "Name" as the dynamic auto pop. It does not show Name in the field.</p> <p>I put the same Newsletter form that is on the homepage below the Contact form and it is working fine on this page as well.</p> <p>I tried changing themes but still no luck. </p> <p>I then duplicated the Newsletter form and named the new one to Contact. I added that below the Newsletter form on the Contact page. You will see only the same two fields from the Newsletter form are populated on the new Contact form.
