He will list the players that he is registering - up to ten of them. But the name also needs to have other information, like the following:</p> <p>Name Reg RC? Which Club</p> <p>So they would fill in:</p> <p>Joe Blow Yes RT Rugby Club</p> <p>Is there a way to set up this sort of thing for ten people?
