We are potentially talking early next year before we even have the time to look at this functionality again. We have a long list of things actively being developed, some of which will take the rest of this year as they are almost entire new applications that will become add-ons for Gravity Forms.

Thank you for getting back to me on this, David. When you say "on our development list for the future", are we talking weeks or longer?

Again, I appreciate the response on this!

There currently isn't any way to implement this but it is on our development list for the future.

I would also like to see a response to this. When someone uploads a file that is too large, there is no error message alerting them of the issue. If there is some easy way to implement this, I'd love to incorporate it!

Is there a way to get an error message to display on screen if the file upload fails?

When I click submit the browser shows the file upload progress, then displays 'contacting http://www.transcribe-this.com' once the upload's completed - then the contact page refreshes but I don't get the success message and I don't get a form entry. (The file's not in the GF uploads folder on the ftp server either.) To the submitter it looks like it worked because the form clears, but the entry is not submitted. I am losing clients this way - unless they happen to ring me to chase up, I have no idea they've attempted contact.
