Gravity Forms uploads files to the wp-content/uploads folder. By default, it doesn't get attached to e-mails, instead only providing a link to the file (so the e-mails aren't too large). </p> <p>You can, using our hooks system and some basic PHP, have images attached to the e-mails. We, like CF7, using WordPress' sendmail files (wp-mail.php) and so settings on your server might be contributing to your problem more than CF7. We can't change your server settings of course, but we can help you figure out what to ask your host about to figure out the solution to your problem.</p> <p>You can also, for CF7 or Gravity Forms, try to install and configure a SMTP plugin that will allow you to use a different mailing system that might better support your attached files. I don't know where it gets lost along the way. </p> <p>If I can create a form with multiple uploads (like in my above form), then that's one checkmark. The real question now comes down to support. What happens in a situation like this? Would the support form be able to assist with this kind of trouble? I don't know why this is. I am currently using Contact Form 7, and the support for a free plugin leaves a lot to be desired.
