It's possible that you're experiencing some kind of theme/plugin conflict. I don't think it was ever working.</p> <p>When you get to the second page you are asked it you want to upload a document (non-compulsory) if you try to select a doc from your HDD the form 'freezes'. It does not upload, and will not go forward or backwards, so no submission.</p> <p>This is only in IE works fine in Chrome and FF </p>
