All file uploads are uploaded to a folder in your wp-content/uploads area. Files can be retrieved via FTP, via the Entry Detail page in the WordPress admin, or via a link in the email.

Files are not sent as attachments to the actual notification emails. They only contain a link to the file on your server. You would then download it via the link.

From experience I can tell you the link to the file is sent in your notification email, if you have {all_fields} sent or at least that specific field sent in your notification, and additionally the link to the file is in the entry in the WordPress dashboard. It's very easy to use.

Gravity forms looks amazing, but I have a question.

I want to setup a job application form.

If someone attaches a PDF or Word Doc to the form is the download link (or file) sent to the admin email address?

If not, how can it be retrieved?

Cheers
