Now, whenever I pull up that page, instead of seeing the form I only see the duplicate error message (This appears to be a duplicate entry. Only one entry per person is needed. Thank you!) This remains true even when I have logged out from my email account. </p> <p>We want to make sure that multiple people/emails can sign up from the same computer, and I want to format and embed the form on a contact page.
