The Notes *DO* send to the user if you opt to email the note to the user. However, when they respond it's going to be via email anyway. </p> <p>I'm not sure what you are referring to as far as previewing, whatever you enter in the Note is what will be sent. Nothing more, nothing less. There is no outbox, it's immediately emailed via your web server. The Entry details and notes section aren't a full featured email system, there is no inbox/outbox.
