It's best to respond to entries via email by configuring and then responding to Admin Notification emails. The Notes *DO* send to the user if you opt to email the note to the user. However, when they respond it's going to be via email anyway.

I'm not sure what you are referring to as far as previewing, whatever you enter in the Note is what will be sent. Nothing more, nothing less. There is no outbox, it's immediately emailed via your web server. The Entry details and notes section aren't a full featured email system, there is no inbox/outbox. Entries are only added via forms, users can respond to Notes but it's done via email to your email address.

Hi everyone -

Tried to search the forums on my question, and can't find anything relevant. As such, I've received my first official inquiry through Gravity, and I'm not sure if I'm using it properly.

I clicked on "view" from the "entries page", and in the Notes section I answered her question.

Am I supposed to do it that way?

Below that it says "add note"and has a drop down box for "also email this note to", and I swear I selected her email, but...

I received a copy of my response in my inbox, how do i know that she received my note back to her?

When I click the drop down box for "also email this note to", does that mean it immediately goes to her?

Can I preview it?

Is there a copy of this somewhere, like an outbox?

Here's my site: http://www.astrocleansology.com

Thanks so much,
Starlight
