If you want the form to open in a modal dialog window (an overlay) you can accomplish that using a modal plugin light Lightbox or something similar. However, that is not a feature of Gravity Forms. And the floating button to open the form in a modal window is not a feature of Gravity Forms either, and is not related to Gravity forms.
