It's fixed in the Gravity Forms v1.6 release which is currently available as a test release and is nearing public release status. I have 15ish forms and it covers up at roughly the 10th form. I have checked it and it is consistent on Safari, FF and Chrome on a Mac. Any other reports of this bug and/or a fix or ETA on an update? </p>
