			<description>&#60;p&#62;You do this by turning on the value option on the drop down and then giving the first option in the list a label of &#34;Select a Coach&#34; (or whatever you want) but leaving it's value blank.  Then set the field to required.&#60;/p&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Right now, it seems that the first option listed for dropdown is the default option.&#60;br /&#62;
How can I make it so they the user must select something other than the default value?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Right now I have:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Select Coach name&#60;br /&#62;
Coach Steve&#60;br /&#62;
Coach John&#60;br /&#62;
Coach Mike&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'd like &#34;Select coach Name&#34; to be displayed, but I'd like the actual selectable values be any of &#34;Coach Steve, John Or Mike&#34; but not &#34;Select Coach Name&#34;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Does this make sense?  Can I do this?
