I am having a difficult time understanding what you are currently doing and what the errors are.</p> <p>1. If you get "headers already sent" that is a clue that you are doing something wrong. It might be worthwhile to fix that problem. But you have changed to approach #2, that is OK.</p> <p>2. What code are you using instead of the {all_fields} helper?
