&#60;p&#62;What happens when you change the URL is that the length of the string changes, and that corrupts the serialized values.  That is why the forms no longer appear.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;You can also try using this tool to do a find and replace on the database, but before you do, be sure to back up the database. I did change the url in the db and yes the entries are still there&#60;br /&#62;
