Please provide a link when you are able.</p> <p>It sounds like your host is running out of resources though, most likely memory. Can you try creating a simple form with just a couple fields and see if that works OK? If it does, I would take a look at the amount of RAM available to both PHP and WordPress. However, the form that came preloaded that i modified will show.</p> <p>Ive tried twice in case i botched part of the set up but its still not working, the forms are all showing correctly in the edit screens but wont actually translate into a working form </p>
