I would not change the site URL either at this point. There are always hoops to jump through to make it work.

This part has me stumped:

it was working until I finished creating the form, tested it, it worked and then I added some plugins to finish off the website, checked the form again and then it stopped working.

Were you using it on the front end or from the form preview? And, if you remove those plugins, will the form work again now?

Did you ever try flushing the rewrite rules by just visiting the permalinks page and hitting save?

Can you test for plugin conflicts by following these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing - maybe it's just a simple plugin conflict?

Hi Chris,
I am afraid to change the site URL as I have read that if I do it will crash my site.

I created a new form as the last one was an imported form and I thought that it was because of that and so I did it all again however this time I checked it when I was building it and it was working until I finished creating the form, tested it, it worked and then I added some plugins to finish off the website, checked the form again and then it stopped working.

This is really a major issue and I bought the plugin in faith that it would work as my client is expecting it (tomorrow).

Do you know anyone who can have a look for me to see if this can be resolved. I am willing to pay if I need too, but I just need it working!

I believe the Site Address should be without the teacher-order portion. Please try that if you can without disturbing the live site.

The issue is because of how WordPress is installed, but I don't have a lot of experience with this type of setup to know exactly how this should be configured.

One other thing to try which might help is to visit the permalink settings in the wp-admin and resave your existing settings to flush the rules.

Hey Chris,

The subdirectory is because the form did not work on the theme that I am using (the main website), so i installed another wordpress on the subdirectory you are seeing.

The URLs are:

WordPress Address (URL): http://miaminewsandvariety.com.au/teacher-order
Site Address (URL): http://miaminewsandvariety.com.au/teacher-order

Thanks for your quick response!

I believe this is due to the site being built in a subdirectory of the old site. What are your settings for WordPress URL and Website URL in the general options page of your wp-admin?

I have created a form here: http://miaminewsandvariety.com.au/teacher-order/emmanuel-college-teacher-order/

It is a large form for teachers to order products. The form does not submit, it only resets again when I press the submit button. And also when I click in the form QTY fields it takes a little while to add the numbers that the teachers will want to order.

I have deactivated all the plugins and themes.

Any suggestions to make the form work would be much appreciated.
