You need to add the JavaScript to the header scripts area in the same way you added the CSS. I'm not sure why you have to do that for this theme, but enqueuing the scripts allows the total field to work. Then I can recreate the issue locally on our test Premise install.</p> <p>The problem is most likely how Premise works, the Gravity Forms scripts and CSS are probably unable to be automatically enqueued.
