My form was created while ago and was working. I was having the same editing issue but that has been amended with deactivating plugins. I seem to have a second issue with one of the forms no longer displaying. The page is blank. My other one displays the information but is not displaying it properly. Otherwise, you'd need to reach out to the theme creator.
