Pj, please do open a new support topic. Your issue will not be related to this one as you are not using Woocommerce. Your troubleshooting steps will be different and we'll be happy to help.

Dear GF,

My Form Editor also does not work. I shall be raising a support ticket next but wished to state that the assistance given to the customer above does not inspire confidence. It is your s/w that is not working and your responsibility to resolve conflicts.

I installed GF Business Licence v1.6.12 yesterday and have spent all afternoon today trying to fathom why the Form Editor failed to add any Field from the Accordion menu.

Just like the Customer above when clicking Save or Update nothing appears to happen and neither the Form Editor or Form Preview change and no new Fields are added.

I am not using Woocommerce so clearly this is a more widespread s/w issue.

But Woocommerce is working, its Gravity Forms that isn't working?

I tried to view the other topics however all I got was:
Protected Content : Members Only

Even though i'm logged in!!

I will raise it with WooCommerce and let you know what the outcome is.

Please contact Woocommerce for support with this plugin conflict. There have been a couple of reports of conflicts with Woocommerce. You can read some of the reports here http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/tags/woocommerce but in most cases you would need to contact Woocommerce for support.

Hi There,

I have installed Gravity Forms Version 1.6.12, however the form editor does not work.

After some investigation trying to find the cause (plug-in or theme), i found it to be somehow WooCommerce (Version 1.6.6) related.

I am using Wordpress Version 3.5.1.

When I click on a form field type say 'Name' or whatever, that field is not added to the form. To the user it looks like nothing happens when you click on the button. This affects all the field type buttons, so i cannot add any fields to my form.

However, upon deactivating WooCommerce , the functionality is restored.

Are you aware of this issue. I did search your forums but I couldn't find anything related to my issue.
