It defaults to the first few fields on your form. Then make sure you have configured what fields should be displayed on the entry list page. Based on that screenshot it doesn't appear any entry columns are being displayed.</p> <p>If you have selected the entry columns and they simply aren't displaying then it could be a PHP memory issue. In which case you would need to increase your available PHP memory.
