Weird this is my other form on a different page is still working.</p> <p>I deleted the code from the contact page and tried to add it in again using the form button. But when I click on the button nothing happens.</p> <p>I did not make any changes to the form and did not change anything on the site other then the upgrade this morning.</p> <p>Any ideas? </p>
