&#60;p&#62;This is a very long form.  The issue could be PHP memory related, your site may not have enough PHP memory to allow you to edit this form on the site you imported it into.  I would suggest first increasing your available PHP memory.  Here is a tutorial on how to do this:&#60;/p&#62;
