Ah Crap. I should have known it was the characters that came out of the AD's PSD file. Thanks so much Chris. Much, much, much appreciated!

@fishnyc22 - here is a repaired XML export of your form: http://i.minus.com/1343624892/Lh8BI6LAZU0mGL_-0ni8Zg/dqbqFUK7zunqD/gf3.xml

Here is a screenshot of the two characters which were fouling things up: http://minus.com/mbqCuKbiFR/2

There was a strange character after "Check out pictures" and after "Get inspired by South America". I deleted the first one and replaced the second one with a colon. After you import this form you should check to see if that confirmation message is still accurate.

I will forward your XML to the developers to see how the invalid characters got into the XML and how to deal with them in the future. Thanks.

I'm having the same issue. I exported a form from a DEV install and then imported it into the Production install and all that shows up is the title of the form and none of the fields. It seems like perhaps something in the form is causing this to break on import. Here is my XML file from my export. Any ideas?

http://www.themediacouncil.com/forum_images/gravity/gravityforms-export-2012-07-28-1.xml

Using v1.6.4.5.4.

I attempted to export 3 forms, then import them into another install. First off, only 1 form imported of the 3, and the form was completely broken, only the title was imported. Upon previewing the form, the title was there, and where the fields were supposed to be, there was "Array" instead.

This is extremely frustrating as the forms are very complex and I had to create them manually... again. Please fix the import/export feature as this is essential for my projects.
