If you use the Post Image field for the photo upload then the photo would be stored in your Media Library. As for the post status, you have control of that as part of the settings on the Post Title and Post Body fields. So you can set it to Draft, or Published. It's up to you.</p> <p>Post Fields create a WordPress Post.
