			<description>&#60;p&#62;CSS applied to the file upload field isn't supported by all browsers.  So there is no sure fire way to style it because of browser limitations.  For instance, in Safari on the Mac there is plenty of space in that field to display a long filename... see the screenshot below.&#60;/p&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Is there anyway to control the size of the input text box for the file upload field? I have tried just about all different sorts of css and can't get the size to go past 20. &#60;/p&#62;
