Another problem is coming from the AG Custom Admin plugin. I would start by disabling those two plugins temporarily. That might take care of the AJAX errors. However, the 109 XHTML validation errors are going to require more work from you. If you're not sure where to start you may need to find someone local to help you with this. When the sidebar and widgets drop to the bottom of the page like this, it's usually due to invalid markup, a missing closing < /div > usually.
