<description>&#60;p&#62;Is there a way to insert a form inside a form? What I mean by that is I want to be able to have different forms show up depending on a specific entry. For example if someone visits my website and they enter a specific zip code or state then I want a different form to be accessible. So say if the visitor enters California then one form shows up but if they enter New York then a different form shows up. Is that possible?
