Do you have the <a href="http://grab.by/BYD">output CSS option</a> set to "yes" in your settings? If you want to use the default styles, you can enable that, if not, you'll need to add styles to your theme's style sheet for the forms.</p> <p>I'm not sure why the form isn't submitting offhand. If you'd like to share your login information for the site with me, I'll be happy to go in and take a quick look around. CSS doesn't apply to form once it is rendered in browser. Doesn't matter if I use the code snippet in a post, or the php code in template - still nothing.
